Brief Description
Composed by bridge / main girder (2 sets), end carriage (2 sets), electric hoist, trolley frame, operator cabin / manual control / remote, electric control device, steel rail, rail accessories, contact conductor, the light type double girder overhead crane with hoist (LH type) has such characteristics as large span, compact structure, high working efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and so on. That can be widely used in power plant, steel structure workshop and other place where heavy load need to be lifted / turn over / tip over.
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity can be 3t, 5t, *0t, *6t, *0t, *2t or so on.
- The span (from rail-center to rail-center) ranged from *0.5m to *1.5m.
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), double speed (like 0.8/8m/min) or variable speed (like 0.8~8m/min).
- Lifting height can be 6m, 9m, *2m, *8m or as required.
- Trolley traversing speed is *0m/min.
- Traveling speed of the crane is *0m/min
- Control method can be pendant control, cabin control, remote control, or combined one.
- The working duty is A4~A5.
- Power source for double girder overhead crane is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.
- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.
Standard Followed
- Standard for crane manufacture is JB/T********4, ISO, FEM or your requirement.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.
- For hook is forged casting steel or customer’s  required.
- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- Main girder and end carriage nude (package can be seen in picture).
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.
- Pipe pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil for transportation.
- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.
Delivery
- Delivery time for the crane is *0 working days (max.) after payment advance.
Shipment
- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.
- Open top container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than *2m.
- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.
- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
